I love this Blog! It’s like a big scrapbook. She is adorable and changing every day. It’s nice to get updates on her progress since Anya and Sofia are so close in age. How do I create a blog of my own?

The easiest would be to go to http://www.blogspot.com and use their free service. Additionally you can register a domain name and have it point to the blog you start there.
